30-day returns

Changed your mind? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Items should come back in their original condition.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Damaged in transit

Our pieces travel in protective inserts — but if anything arrives less than perfect, send us a photo within 48 hours and a free replacement is on its way. No forms, no fuss.
